The building is also equipped with Automatic Fire Sprinkler System, Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS), Fire Command Center, Pressurized staircase/fire exits, uninterrupted illuminated “EXIT” signs, exit route directional signs and emergency lighting.

INGENIOUS TENACITY

The building structural framing is designed in conformance with the provisions of the latest code, the National Structural Code of the Philippines, the NSCP 2015 7th edition. The structure was analyzed using state of the art computer software ETABS 2016.

 

The Structural Framing is also designed with the seismic Zone 4 (Metro Manila) and drift ratio is within the allowable limit.

The building will be supported by a solid reinforced concrete Mat Foundation with high compressive strength concrete.

 

The Superstructure is designed as a movement resisting space and expected to withstand at least a magnitude 7 earthquake. It has a center core shear walls that resist the lateral loads from both winds and earthquakes.  It will be provided with Accelerogram to monitor building movements.
