The building utilizes a double pane low-e glass curtainwall that is not only elegant, but it is also designed for saving energy. This energy saving features ensures a comfortable interior environment by reducing the amount of ultraviolet and infrared light that can pass through glass without compromising visibility.

The podium parking levels are meticulously designed to provide natural ventilation that help lessen the temperature of the whole building.

ENERGY SAVING

The building’s lobby utilizes the energy-efficient VRF air-conditioning system, thereby cutting down the cost of electricity substantially. Likewise, individual units have provision of the same VRF air-conditioning system. In addition, common areas utilize LED energy saving lights that are centrally controlled by BMS.

GREEN BUILDING

The building is provided with a sewage treatment facility in compliance with the Green Building Code. The building has a rainwater harvesting system to be used for irrigating the landscaped areas. The effluent of STP shall likewise use for irrigation purposes.
